Just looked at Berkeley PD's license and they have a pending modification to add one fixed and one mobile locations.

BERKLEY TWP POLICE USED THOSE ANALOG CHANNELS AS BACK AND MEANS TO TALK TO THE COUNTY

As of June 22nd they're no longer licensed to those frequencies.
